VITICULTURE
The vineyards are located in the area of Garda Lake (Veneto) on a chalk-clay type soil. Therefore there is a high concentration of lime, with many rocks and stones, which makes the ground extremely suitable for the production of high-quality white wines. The exposure of the vineyard is North/South, Guyot training system is used. The seasonal average production does not exceed 100 quintals per hectare.
WINEMAKING
The fermentation lasts about twenty days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maturation of the wine on its lees lasts for about five months in stainless steel tanks after which follows a period of aging in bottle.
