90% Tempranillo 10% other red grapes
BOUQUET
Ripe red fruits are well-integrated with the toasted oak and balsamic aromas from the cask. After some time in a glass, these aromas evolve to produce traces of hierbas, spices and tobacco.
PALATE
Round and balanced, displaying silky tannins while still remaining fresh and lively. The aftertaste is long and lingering, with notes of toasted wood and dried fruits.
VITICULTURE
Manual harvest with manual selection of the bunches and mechanical selection of the berries in the sorting table. 
WINEMAKING
Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature around 30ºC, with daily pumping over and tasting of the musts. After an additional 10 days of maceration, the wine reaches the optimal balance between the appropriate color and structure as well as round, pleasant tannins. 
FOOD PAIRING
Cured cheese, pork, veal meat, lamb, stews, cheese platter, jamon.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 15-18°C
