BOUQUET
Forthcoming and faintly floral aromas of blackberry fruit mingling with slightly chocolatey notes and hints of spice and toast from the oak.
PALATE
Blackberry fruit up front, fresh and well-rounded with a refined and un- aggressive structure. There is a definite element of charm here.
VITICULTURE
The several, distinct wines created by the Bodega Doña Felisa are the fruit of a century’s long study of the area, with one objective – the production of wines of the highest quality.
WINEMAKING
Their wines are elaborated through a process controlled at all stages: combining the cultivation of the vineyard, selection of the grapes to be picked, which are then harvested by-hand.
Thus their wine is grown and matured exclusively to their own design and conception, allowing they to offer to wine lovers a product of the highest quality.
