VITICULTURE

WINEMAKING
Grapes are harvested in small boxes. In the winery double selection table for bunches and berries is used. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels. Then the wine spends 24 months in new French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels. Finally, the wine is left to refine in the bottle for a further additional 36 months in bottle.
