WINEMAKING
100% Albariño made with grapes from the Condado subzone harvested at their optimal ripeness. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and cooled before being pressed. Subsequently, the must is sent to a tank and the clean part is separated to ferment at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Later on, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees. The next step is cold stabilization and finally proceeding with filtering and bottling
