WINEMAKER Señorío de Rubios

In late 2003 the first shareholders laid the foundations of that idea and founded Señorío de Rubiós. Nowadays, the winery is composed by 100 shareholders working to put the wines from Rubiós in the place they deserve for their tradition, their varieties and their quality.

Señorío de Rubiós is not a common winery within the Denominación de Orixe (Appellation of Origin) Rías Baixas since it bets on the vinification with indigenous red varieties. Despite this, the white ones are also highly-regarded..
