VITICULTURE

The Soils are low yielding, gravelly and stony, planted on sun facing slopes, offering good drainage and exposed to extreme climactic changes that go from bitterly cold winters to scorchingly hot summers. This helps to generate freshness, structure and concentration in the wines.
