VITICULTURE

In Bodegas y Viñedos Monteabellón they are an environmentally committed company. THEY DO NOT USE INSECTICIDES OR HERBICIDES in their vineyards, leaving the auxiliary fauna to eliminate possible pests that cause damage to their strains.

This allows savings in fuels, the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and a favor of the proliferation of bees in their environment, by not using products that reduce their population.

WINEMAKING

They work with the latest oenological techniques to ensure careful preparation throughout the process.

The aging takes place in oak barrels of which 70% ARE OF FRENCH OAK and 30% OF AMERICAN OAK. The whole process is carried out in an integral way in its facilities, from the collection of the grapes, the aging, the bottling to the labeling.

Its purpose is to ensure careful preparation throughout the process, maintaining stable levels of temperature and humidity, as was already the case in the former cellars of their ancestors.
