VITICULTURE
Grapes are cultivated on both sand and clay soils in the middle zone, at the altitude of 800-830 m above sea level. The winemakers don´t use either insecticides or herbicides in the vineyards.
WINEMAKING
The latest oenological techniques to ensure a careful winemaking process are applied. After a classic vinification, with 20 days of maceration, it undergoes a short ageing of 5 months in 50 % French and 50% American oak barrels. The whole process, from grape harvesting to aging and bottling is carried out in the winery´s facilities.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine is recommended to be served with any type of meat. It is also excellent with any cheese.
