Bodegas San Valero (BSV) was founded in 1945 when 60 growers formed a cooperative at Carinena (Aragon). Today there are 700 growers and the firm controls 4,000 hectares of vineyard and the bodega has 12,000 barrels. Here, despite the large scale, tradition and innovation go hand in hand in the production of a wide range of wines of superior quality every vintage, backed up by state of the art equipment. BSV is formed by Bodegas San Valero, belonging to the Denominación de Origen Protegida Cariñena (Protected Designation of Origin), and Bodegas Gran Ducay, belonging to the Cava Regulatory Board.
