WINEMAKER TRUS

Trus, an acronym for Tierra (Earth), Roble (Oak), Uva (Grape), Sol (Sun), was founded in 1999 in the very heart of Ribera. In its name the owners are tried to reflect four staples of their philosophy – earth, oak, grape and sun – that´s what you basically need to produce high-quality wines.

For the moment the winery is focused in the production of only wines from Tinta Fina (Tempranillo), which they see as the best one to be cultivated in the area of Ribera.

Wines with character, of extreme climate and fresh orientations, they are still can be defined as classics, as the producers emphasize the importance of natural resources without forgetting about some avant-garte productions.
