A very elegant, dense, velvety wine with a pleasant explosion of fruits. And a wonderful finish.
VITICULTURE

Grapes from a "unique vineyard" under the new Rioja designation with over 80 years old. Located in Najerilla at 645 meters above sea level, on predominantly clay-limestone and clay-ferrous soils.

WINEMAKING

The grapes are harvested manually, then 100% destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature for 12 days. Aging is carried out in new French oak barrels for 14 months.

Aged cheeses, pork, beef, mild stews, cured meats, grilled meat, grilled vegetables.
RECOMMENDATIONS
