AROMA
Very intense on the nose, fruity with hints of red fruit and primary aromas from alcoholic fermentation, along with subtle spicy notes from the barrel.
PALATE
Full-bodied, fresh, fruity, and with very well-integrated tannins. It invites you to have a second glass.
VITICULTURE
Vines aged 15-20 years planted at 700-800 meters above sea level on clay-limestone and clay soils in the Piñel de Abajo and Pesquera de Duero areas.
WINEMAKING
A selection of grapes from the freshest vineyards. Made using traditional methods, with 10 days of maceration at 24ºC. Aged for 3 months in French and American oak barrels.

Pairs well with cold cuts, assorted canapés, strong creamy cheese, fresh cheese, semi-cured cheese, pork, chicken, turkey, game birds, salmon and other fatty fish, tuna, light stews, scrambled eggs and omelets, fried fish, meat and cold cuts, seafood paella, meat paella, risotto, mixed paella, grilled meat, grilled fish, grilled vegetables, chicken broth, pesto pasta, Bolognese sauce, and puttanesca sauce.
