VITICULTURE
In Coruña del Conde and Brazacorta (Burgos) at over 900 meters altitude, we find the plots, of low fertility, where Tempranillo and Syrah come from. Extreme climatic conditions help slow down the ripening process and shape their aromas and tannins.
WINEMAKING
Manual harvesting and grape selection in three stages of the process to ensure high product quality. Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with yeast from the vineyard itself, and aging for 6 months in 225 L French oak barrels.
