Very good aromatic intensity that conveys a sensation of fresh red fruit (redcurrants)
PALATE
Very pleasant in the mouth due to its initial smoothness and the balance its excellent fruitiness provides.
VITICULTURE

Grapes are harvested from one of the younger plots called "Los Miles" in a low zone at the altitude of 760-800m above sea level. The vines are somewhat from 6 to 10 years old, cultivated on Sandy loam soils with pebbles.

WINEMAKING

Classic vinification, 8 days of maceration, 5-6 pumping over a day, malolactic fermentation in tanks. No ageing in order to preserve freshness and fruitiness.

FOOD PAIRING
Recommended for all kinds of meats such as chicken, beef, pork and lamb. Ideal with soft cheeses and blue fish.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16ºC.
