BOUQUET
The fruit immediately invades you with lively berry like aromas of strawberries and blackberries. If shaken it continues to gently grow in complexity with mineral fruity bouquet that throw you straight back to our vineyards, soft liquorish wrapped in delicate hints of toasted French oak and pure cocoa seeds. Everything so perfectly blended in a young wine with unexpected maturity.
PALATE
In taste, it’s rich in fruity flavors of red berries in the optimum moment of ripeness. It has a seductive velvety entrance in the mouth that give way to a great combination of lush fruits and wood in perfect harmony. An expressive round taste that leaves a pleasant and exciting aftertaste.
VITICULTURE
Four generations of vine-growers with a common connection: Respect for the land, passion for the wine
Respect for the environment is one of the pillars of their work philosophy. Their vineyards are cultivated under strict parameters of ecological agriculture, which favours the natural cycles of the plant without aggressive treatments. All their vineyards are certified as Ecological Agriculture.
Bodegas TEMPORE cultivates exclusively autochthonous varieties of this region: Garnacha, Tempranillo and Macabeo and white Garnacha grapes. The traditional garnacha vines, some of them over 70 years old, coexist with trellised vines. These are cultivated with the most modern pruning methods and harvesting machinery, always respecting their natural cycle and their growth rhythms.
WINEMAKING
The manual harvest is carried out for their oldest vines, the need to be done by expert hands to ensure the well being of the plan and the correct ripeness. These are small productions used for their top quality wines.
The mechanical harvest is done on the trellises vines, this method allows them to reach the grape at it's optimal moment of maturity. This system allows them to carry out the harvest during the night to avoid the high temperatures during the day. This gives them a better control over the fermentation process in order to obtain top quality wines.
