PALATE
It is a long wine with balance on the palate, fresh and elegant. With fruity aromatic nuances that linger after tasting it.
VITICULTURE

100% Albillo grapes located at 1000 meters altitude in the Bocigas estate. Cultivated in limestone and clay soils that provide concentration and structure.

WINEMAKING

Hand harvested, without pressing, only free-run juice is used in the winemaking process. Subsequent fermentation in French oak barrels for 5 months.

PAIRS WELL WITH
Fish such as salmon and cod, rice dishes, poultry meat, salads, and cold cuts.
