BOUQUET
Nose with intense aroma of red fruit with a light touch of spice and fine oak.
PALATE
In the mouth it is surprising because of its density and its fleshiness. Excellent balance with fresh tannins.
VITICULTURE

24 hectares of vineyards. 98% Tinta de Toro and 2% white grape. 100% vineyard in traditional glass. Vineyard without irrigation. 1,000 to 2,000 vines per hectare. Soil work with cultivator, inter-strains and manual means. Treatments based on plant preparations (nettle, valerian, thyme, sage, horsetail, wormwood, comfrey ...) and minerals (sulfur and copper). Manual work: winter pruning, green pruning, topping, stripping and harvesting.

WINEMAKING

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration for 2 days. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and total maceration for 12 to 14 days.

FOOD PAIRING
Soft cheese, semi-cured cheese fish paella rice, meat paella rice, risotto, bolognese, vegetables.
