Personal project of Rebeca Barral, in which every part of the process is supervised by a family member, as well as vineyard care tasks. The winery has ISO 9001Certified certification which guarantees high standards of quality and safety in the wine industry.

Ideal with, appetizers, salted fish, fried fish, baked fish, any type of creamy cheese (Brie, Camembert), fresh cheeses, semi-cured goat and sheep cheeses. Helps enhance the flavor of seafood such as lobster, crab, spider crab, steamed mussels, scallops, octopus… Additionally, it pairs perfectly with Iberian ham, mushrooms with oil and garlic, white meats, any rice dish. It is also a very international wine that pairs well with Japanese food (sushi), Chinese food, fruity Thai salads, Peruvian ceviches and Mexican dishes with green sauce made from avocado, green tomatoes, chili peppers, jalapeños

Due to its aromatic complexity, this white wine allows consumption at slightly higher temperatures than other white wines, between 8º-10ºC.
