BOUQUET
Displays exuberant floral perfumes and primary aromas, typical of the Verdejo variety, reminiscent of bananas and some exotic fruits.
PALATE
Adequate acidity gives it freshness and vigour, acquiring an enveloping expressiveness that will develop a wealth of attractive and appetizing sensations.
VITICULTURE

Grapes are cultivated in a low zone at the altitude of 750 m above sea level on sandy loam soils with pebbles.

WINEMAKING

The latest oenological techniques to ensure a careful winemaking process are applied. The whole process, from grape harvesting to aging and bottling is carried out in the winery´s facilities. Cold maceration of the must in contact with the skins allows getting the maximum of the primary aromas from the Verdejo variety.

FOOD PAIRING
Recommended for pairing with all kinds of meat and roasts. Ideal to accompany salads and perfect as an aperitif.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 6-8ºC.
