Hight Quality Toro Wine
After its foundation by a French couple, the Spanish current owners acquired the property in 2001 and came up with the current technical team. They were concerned from the beginning to generate the best wines of Toro with the most environmentally friendly techniques.
The cultivation of the 22 hectares of vineyard is therefore completely environmentally friendly, using ancient fertilizer techniques and treatments. The altitude of the vineyards is between 665 m and 700 m and the main characteristic of the soil is the contrast between its poverty surface and rich deep lands. The grape used is 98% the native grape: Toro red grape but the rest is white grape varieties: Albillo, Malvasia, Moscatel, Palomino and Verdejo.
The winery part of a conception of simplicity and functionality.
