VITICULTURE
The grapes come from Valtuille de Arriba, from vineyards with 25-year-old vines located at 550 meters altitude. With clayey soils where we find slates and quartzites that contribute minerality to the wine.
WINEMAKING
Selective criteria in the vineyard and meticulous selection of optimal grapes are key to starting the winemaking process. The grapes macerate for 48 hours at a temperature of 8ºC, then extracting the must. Fermentation takes place for seven days at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC.
