Generous with hints of spice from the oak, but predominantly red and black cherries and plum jam.
PALATE
Full and well-structured yet remarkably smooth with no aggressive tannins, persistent and fruity.
VITICULTURE
Grapes are cultivated on vines located in Veneto on soils with a high limestone concentration, as well as stones and pebbles in the first layer.
WINEMAKING
After the hand-picking, the grapes are sent to the winery. A part of them are left for drying, according to appassimiento technique. After the grapes go through a thorough selection they are carefully pressed. This step is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After the wine is aged partly in steel and partly in Tonneaux for a few months and bottled.
