The bouquet is reminiscent of a rum pot, beautiful with primary and secondary aromas of black fruits and woody spice
PALATE
The palate is dense, smooth, jammy and with gentle tannins. Long and sweet on the finish. Unique in its opulence and density and undisputedly one of the most popular reds of Puglia.
VINIFICATION

Very ripe grapes are harvested manually. The maceration takes place for 18 days on 80% of the mass and for 25 days on 20%, with native yeasts selected in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C.

FOOD PAIRING
Richly flavoured first courses, red meat and game. A meditation wine.
