Delicate floral notes with hints of citrus and orchard fruits, as well as creaminess from the ageing on lees.
PALATE
Very fresh, clean, dry and nicely balanced, with gentle mineral notes and hints of pear and citrus.
VITICULTURE

The vineyards are located on medium-textured soils, a balanced mixture of clay, sand and silt. Vines are trained using Guyot system. An average seasonal production that does not exceed 100 quintals per hectare.

WINEMAKING

Fermentation lasts 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-14 ° C. The aging of the wine is prolonged by letting the wine rest on its lees for about five months in steel.

Fresh cheese, sea bass, fried fish, seafood paella, risotto, grilled vegetables, chicken soup, salads.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 9°-10° C.
