VITICULTURE

Grapes are cultivated in the middle zone at the altitude of 800-830 m above sea level on sand and clay soil. The winemakers don´t use either insecticides or herbicides in the vineyards.

WINEMAKING

The latest oenological techniques to ensure a careful winemaking process are applied. After a classic vinification, it is aged for 20 months in 80% French and 20% American-oak barrels. The whole process, from grape harvesting to aging and bottling is carried out in the winery´s facilities.

FOOD PAIRING
Recommended with all kinds of meat and roasts. Game meats and cured sheep cheeses go perfectly
