VITICULTURE

Grapes cultivated in a high zone at the altitude of 830-950 m above sea level on clay-calcareous soil with limestone.

WINEMAKING

The latest oenological techniques to ensure a careful winemaking process are applied. After a classic vinification, it is aged for 24 months in 100% French-oak barrels. The whole process, from grape harvesting to aging and bottling is carried out in the winery´s facilities.

FOOD PAIRING
Recommended with all kinds of meat and roasts. Grilled meats and game are a perfect match with this wine. Ideal also with cured sheep cheeses.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Has good potential for ageing, drink through 2028. Recommended serving temperature: 14-16ºC.
