VITICULTURE
Vines aged 20-40 years planted at 800-900 meters above sea level on clay-limestone soils in the areas of Moradillo de Roa, Nava de Roa, Roa, La Aguilera, and Baños de Valdearados.
WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation with gentle pump-overs and temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation before aging in barrels for 12 months in different casks. Natural stabilization before bottling without aggressive filtration. Bottled 18 months after harvest.
