La Gargantilla, a necklace-shaped plot, is the family's most emblematic Garnacha vineyard. Its complex stony, sandy and clay-ferrous soils cover an area of 6.7 hectares and are located at an altitude of 680 metres in the upper part of Rioja Oriental, providing a perfect environment. The vines, with a minimum age of at least 45 years, enjoy constant breezes in summer and significant temperature differences between day and night. All of this is reinforced by a tailor-made biodiversity project that further enhances the natural balance of this plot and allows us to strictly hand-select the best clusters.
