This is a sweet Moscatel, the type of wine which brought fame to Málaga and which is making a welcome comeback. Only 2,000 bottles were made. A small amount of wine alcohol is added to fresh Moscatel juice producing a slow and incomplete fermentation and amazing freshness and natural sweetness. These wines are delicious!

100% Moscatel de Alejandría.
BOUQUET
So fresh and intensely grapey and aromatic with hints of flowers, pears and mandarine. It is a beautiful, very natural nose.
PALATE
Perfect balance between sweetness (@110g/l) and acidity give a delightfully fresh wine, sweet but not intensely so, and with a gentle grapey texture and lots of fruit.
VITICULTURE

The several, distinct wines created by the Bodega Doña Felisa are the fruit of a century’s long study of the area, with one objective – the production of wines of the highest quality.

WINEMAKING

Their wines are elaborated through a process controlled at all stages: combining the cultivation of the vineyard, selection of the grapes to be picked, which are then harvested by-hand.

Thus their wine is grown and matured exclusively to their own design and conception, allowing they to offer to wine lovers a product of the highest quality.

FOOD PAIRING
Assorted canapes, strong cheese, semi-cured cheese, cured cheese, blue cheese, goat cheese, chocolate, cakes, fried fish, meat and sausages, fish paella rice, meat paella rice, risotto, asparagus cream.
