VITICULTURE
One of the main characteristics that define this territory is the great diversity of landscapes and climates that exist. The proximity of the Bay of Biscay, the influence of the Pyrenees and the bonanza of the Ebro valley allow this varied climate.
WINEMAKING
White wine made from a blend of Viura and Chardonnay. The vineyard manage is focused on working the fresh and gentle aroma????c aspect of this wine. During the elabora????on, a pre-fermenta????ve macera????on is made at 6ºC, to extract the free-run must.This must is fermented at low temperature by selected yeasts in our own vineyards and its fermenta????on is interrupted to obtain its natural level of sweetness.
