BOUQUET
Powerful red-fruit character with hints of coconut, toffee and wild herb nuances.
PALATE
Soft, supple volume gradually extends across the palate to end with a long finish. In the aftertaste you are again reminded of the red berries mingled with some herbs.
VITICULTURE
Grapes from the vineyards in the Rioja Oriental subregion, mainly the estates in Mendavia and The Almond Trees in Ausejo, are harvested and selected manually. 
WINEMAKING
The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steal vats, then the wine spends a minimum of 20 months ageing in American-oak casks. 
FOOD PAIRING
Cured cheese, pork, veal meat, stews, dishes on the base of potato.
