Good acidity, with great balance of fruit and wood and a persistent and harmonious finish.
VITICULTURE

Very old vineyards located on slopes facing south. Over 50 years old. Yield of 2,500 kg / ha. Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control between 26º / 28ºC. Maceration for 21 days, with several daily pump-overs.
