AROMA
The nose features notes of forest fruits, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, ripe cherries, and hints of peach and orange peel, perfectly integrated with the vanilla from its time in the barrel.
PALATE
A very expressive red wine on the palate with a variety of fruity nuances. Complex, elegant, with high persistence and soft tannins
VITICULTURE

Garnacha vineyard planted on soils with excellent drainage and very poor nutrients. These conditions favor the development of very ripe tannins, good acidity balance, and a wonderful aftertaste.

WINEMAKING

Manual selection followed by a cryo-extraction process. Second selection on the sorting table, prefermentative maceration for two days at 4ºC. Alcoholic fermentation with a 21-day maceration and 4 months in French oak barrels.

PAIRS WELL WITH
Semi-cured cheeses, pork, lamb, suckling pig, stews, red meat, Bolognese sauce, legumes, cocido (a type of stew), cured meats.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend serving it at 14-16ºC.
