PALATE
Fresh, soft, elegant. Flavours of red fruits prevail in an unctuous and intense aftertaste.
VITICULTURE
Grapes come from the winery estate in Coruña del Conde (Burgos, North Spain) sited between 920 and 1,000 metres above the sea level. Vineyards with a thermal differential between day and night of more than 20ºC. These climatic characteristics make the aromas of the variety mold slowly and much better preserved, attributing freshness and elegance to the wine. In addition, the hours of sunshine during the summer help the tannins to mature correctly, thus giving a soft and sweet mouth.
WINEMAKING
The harvest is done manually, with the triple selection, to ensure that what comes to ripen is 100% quality grapes. A pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at a very low temperature for the finest aromatic extraction, and it is fermented with native yeasts selected in the vineyard itself, thus increasing the typicality of the terroir. It is fermented in tanks at 22ºC and malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.
