VITICULTURE
The grapes are harvested from late August to mid-September at dawn when temperatures are low and the grapes are fresh. Harvesting under these conditions allows the grapes to retain their natural aromatic properties.
WINEMAKING
The temperature during vinification is controlled and maintained between 13-16ºC throughout fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a young and refreshing wine ready to enjoy.
