WINEMAKING
It represents the typical production of the Condado do Tea subzone. Traditionally, viticulturists cultivated the different white varieties in the same plots and, after harvesting, fermented them together in the same tanks. At Señorío de Rubiós they ferment the musts of the different varieties and then blend the resulting wines.
