VITICULTURE
All the varieties are from their own vineyards, each one located in an area of La Rioja and are a clear reflection of the different terroirs, which provide a characteristic profile to each variety for the blending of this Burgundian-style aging.
WINEMAKING
After the harvest and manual selection in each of the vineyards, the grapes arrive at the winery for cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation is at less than 25ºC to preserve freshness and is carried out separately for each variety before blending. The wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, 1/4 of which are new barrels.
