PALATE
Its flavour is smooth and rounded on entry with very pleasant, velvety sensations. Its tannic structure is elegant and very well constituted, its aftertaste is noteworthy for its lasting finish.
VITICULTURE

Grapes are cultivated in the middle zone in Rioja Alta at an altitude of 500 m above sea level on sandy loam soils with pebbles. The berries are harvested manually and stored in baskets before their arrival to the winery.

WINEMAKING

100% destemmed grapes. Maceration during 20 days with 4 pumping over a day.
