Elegant expression due to its granitic soils and a very favourable climate for phenolic maturation. It also represents the philosophy of respect for nature. Powerful aromas of mineral orchard with hints and background of fruit with a lemony nuance.
PALATE
Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering juicy nectarine, pear, orange and honeysuckle flavours highlighted by chalky minerality. Shows very good clarity and rises on the finish, with pear and citrus in the background. You can't ask for more in a Treixadura varietal.
VITICULTURE

Grape selection at the vineyard. Manual harvest in 18 Kg. boxes and selection table. Pressing and selection of the free-run juice. Static racking and fermentation at low temperature. Autochthonous yeasts. Refining in tank. L1 Bottled in March 2023. (Flower Day). Suitable for Vegans.
