Single vineyard wine from the "O Taboleiro" estate of sands and a vineyard in xistos. Trellis training and double cordon Royat pruning. Density 5.000 plants/Ha. Totally free of chemical toxics. Sustainable viticulture with maximum respect for nature.
WINEMAKING
Grape selection on the estate. Manual harvesting in 18 Kg. boxes and selection table. Pressing and selection of the free-run juice. Static racking and fermentation at low temperature with autochthonous yeasts and finished with commercials. Refined in tank and rested in bottle for at least one month. Bottled on Flor day in April 2023.
