BOUQUET
Black and red fruits, in particular blackberries, plums and berries, mixed with balsamic undertones as well as chocolate, coffee and some mineral notes.
PALATE
Full-bodied, concentrated and powerful, with well-integrated tannins, right amount of acidity and a long finish.
VITICULTURE

Sustainable and rational viticulture. We are committed both to the pursuit of top quality grapes and to the preservation of biodiversity and the environment. We practice "à la carte" viticulture, which means that each vine is treated according to its own needs (variety, phenological stage and weather conditions).

WINEMAKING

Alcoholic fermentation in concrete eggs is followed by malolactic fermentation in 500-litre second-use French oak barrels and further ageing for 17 months.

FOOD PAIRING
Gelatinous stews such as oxtail, lamb and cheeks.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 15ºC-17ºC.
