The vineyard is located in the heart of Castilla, in the fields of Villarrobledo, in the Meseta plain at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level. 200 hectares of 100% organic vineyards. Shallow soils of sandy texture with 70 to 90 centimeters of chalk limestone and sandstone.

WINEMAKING

Extraction, maceration in stainless steel tanks, pre-fermentation, fermentation, extraction of wine lees, clarification and filtration.
