Fruity vibrant aromas of cherry and raspberry with some subtle spices from oak ageing.
PALATE
Fresh and smooth, with a velvety sensation from the Pinot Noir and cheerful refreshing acidity which makes this one very easy to drink.
VITICULTURE
Vines are cultivated at the altitude of almost 1.000 meters on calcareous-loam soils in the area La Parrilla (Valladolid).
WINEMAKING

Pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 15ºC. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine macerates for 18 days with a maximum of three pump-overs per day.

FOOD PAIRING
Dishes of Asian, Arabic or Latin American cuisines, hamburgers, stews, meat, cold cuts.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 12-14ºC.
