Godello that grows at an altitude of 550 metres asl. Balanced with good acidity that gives it freshness. Easy to drink with a clean and long finish.
VIÑA CIMBRÓN SAUVIGNON BLANC
Fragrant, lively and fresh. Food-friendly and dry, well-structured, with a tropical touch of grapefruit, guava, passion fruit and mango.
MONTEABELLÓN VERDEJO
From one of the most noble and autochthonous varieties, the Verdejo, and from the emblematic region of Rueda, known for the excellence of its white wines.
SEÑORÍO DE RUBIÓS ALBARIÑO
In the mouth it is a very powerful wine, but also silky and glyceride, which gives it a very well-integrated acidity. It has a good structure and smoothness.
UVAM PINOT GRIGIO
Fresh, clean, dry and well-balanced with an aftertaste that leaves tropical notes. A good accompaniment to sea bass - gilthead bream, fried fish, fish paella or risotto.
OROPASSO
Delicious and versatile. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, leaving the wine on the lees for around 5 months in order to extract more depth of flavour.
