AGED: Aged in bottle for at least 18 months, no wood
Made from grapes grown in the firm’s three plots, Cuitor, Marsera and Sabaté, in the Penedés, the three grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks before they are blended together in the best proportions. The wine is then bottled where it undergoes the second fermentation and then bottle aged. A little dosage is added before corking and sale. Know more

Two words best describe the taste of this wine: freshness and zip. There is perfect balance between the light frothy fruitiness and the more serious very slightly buttery notes from the bottle ageing. It is a serious wine yet utterly charming.
