BOUQUET
It has an attractive fruity nose, fairly intense with white stone fruit, hints of citrus blossom and some tropical nuances, combined with very slight toasted hints on a background of fresh grass.
PALATE
Two words best describe the taste of this wine: freshness and zip. There is perfect balance between the light frothy fruitiness and the more serious very slightly buttery notes from the bottle ageing. It is a serious wine yet utterly charming.

The Sabaté i Coca Real estate is a mosaic of terroirs in the River Bitlles Valley, there are 18 different soils that shapes the different layers of each of the 66 plots that, microvinified separately, contributes their particular essence and singularity to each one of the Sabaté i Coca products.
WINEMAKING
Base wines of each three traditional varieties (Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada) are vinified separately. Thorough tasting and selection for their blending is carried out to undergo the traditional sparkling method. Freshness and an ageing period minimum of 15 months characterises this sparkling.
FOOD PAIRING
Soft cheese, fresh cheese, semi-cured cheese, cured cheese, salmon and other oil-rich fish, sushi, smoked fish, sea bass, sardines, prawns, large shellfish, tuna, chocolate, fruit, mix of different tapas, meat and sausages, fish paella rice, meat paella rice, risotto, thay rice, lettuce and tomato salad, waldorf salad.
