VITICULTURE
The vineyards are located in the southern Rhône Valley where the soils are dominated by limestone, clay and alluvial stones typical of the region. These well-draining soils combined with the area’s warm climate allow the vines to produce concentrated fruit while retaining natural balance and freshness
WINEMAKING
The grapes are sourced from carefully selected old-vine vineyards in the southern Rhône Valley and harvested at optimal ripeness. After gentle crushing, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve fruit purity and aromatic expression. The wine is then matured for a period in tank and large oak vessels to achieve balance, roundness and structure while maintaining freshness and varietal character.

Excellent with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and Mediterranean dishes.
