ALBRET "ROCÍO" ROSADO - Navarra
Is produced with 100% Garnacha. This wine is special as it has aged in oak casks for 3 months, which is quite unusual for a rose wine. It obtains more structure but not the taste of the oak. In the mouth the wine has a velvety feel with an explosion of fruit, medium-bodied and persistent aftertaste. Perfect for a Paella.

DIDO LA UNIVERSAL - Montsant
The wine, from the plots of Falset, has a 65% Garnacha in it and exhibits a delicious fruit and grows in concrete tanks to hold an extraordinary freshness and purity. 40% of the wine aged for 14/16 months in different wood barrels from 300L up to 4000L and the remaining 60% in concrete tank to emphasize the fruit. Ideal for tasty and intense dishes like stews or barbecued meat.
MARTINET BRU - Priorat
Martinet Bru is made from grapes grown organically on a single plot. The vineyards are planted on Licorella soil, the characteristic slate that gives the wines of the DO their authenticity and identity. The wine has been aged for 17 months in 4000-liter French oak wooden tanks and has been bottled without clarification or filtering. Forward and elegant wine, with a lovely open nose of integrated soft red and black fruits and oak, overlaid with minerals and hints of spices in a warm, deliciously smooth, fresh, friendly wine with sweet tannins on the finish.
