VITICULTURE
Under the direction of winemaker David Tofterup, the harvest is carried out manually at the optimal ripening moment during the first week of September. It takes place early in the morning when temperatures are lower and the grapes are fresh. This approach allows the grapes to maintain their natural aromatic characteristics, resulting in very expressive wines after bottling.
WINEMAKING
Whole clusters are pressed in pneumatic presses, followed by a natural decantation of the musts before racking. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 30,000 liters at controlled temperatures between 13-16ºC for a period of 16-18 days.

This rose is ideal for enjoying on its own but also pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes. Try pairing it with a chicken salad, club sandwich, grilled or roasted chicken.
